  • Owned by the same team behind Bardea, Roost is a laid‑back, modern gastropub that is known for its comfort‑forward menu and craft beers.

  • A lively neighborhood staple where locals gather for comfort food and cold drinks. Located in Trolley Square in Wilmington, Kid Shelleen's is a short drive or uber from the Hotel Dupont and the Quoin and opens at 10am.

  • A cozy Trolley Square spot serving pizza, burgers, and tacos, along with innovative cocktails. Crow Bar is a short drive or uber from the Hotel Dupont and the Quoin and opens at 5pm.

  • Located just across the border in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, Hank’s Place is a beloved, down‑to‑earth local institution, serving homestyle classics. This is a great option if you are planning on going to Longwood Gardens or the Brandywine River Art Museum. Hank’s Place opens at 7am and is around a 20-minute drive from the Hotel Dupont.
